Payment Instructions

Payments and fees can be made through the following payment channels:

Payment from Malaysia: 

1. By FPX Payment / UNITEN i-Pay (For Malaysian Bank Account Holders Only) 

This option allows you to make online payments using your existing internet banking accounts (e.g., Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Bank Islam, Hong Leong Online, Maybank2e, Public Bank, and RHB Bank). The service is available daily from 1:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. 

To pay Registration Fee and Accommodation Deposit via FPX: 

  1. Log in to the UNITEN Student Online Application System.
  2. Scroll down to Registration Fee Status. Click "Click here" to make a payment.
  3. Tick on the item to pay (example: Full Registration Fee + Miscellaneous Fee). Then, click "Next".
  4. The transaction details confirmation will appear. Click "Click to Pay".
  5. Select your bank, enter your email address to receive transaction status and click "Agree and Continue".
  6. You will be prompted to login to your selected bank. Login and complete your payment as guided by the system.
  7. Print and save the receipt as proof of payment for future reference. 

Payment from International Bank: 

1. By Flywire (For International Bank Account Holders Only) 

To pay Registration Fee and Accommodation Deposit via Flywire: 

  1. Log in to UNITEN Student Online Application System.
  2. Scroll down to Registration Fee Status. Click "Click here" to make a payment.
  3. Tick on the item to pay (example: Full Registration Fee + Advance Fee). Then, click "Next".
  4. The transaction details confirmation will appear. Click "Click to Pay".
  5. You will be prompted to login to your selected bank. Login and complete your payment as guided by the system.
  6. Print and save the receipt as proof of payment for future reference. 


For existing students, payments to Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) can be made through the following methods: 

1. By FPX Payment / UNITEN i-Pay (For Malaysian Bank Account Holders Only) 

This option allows you to make online payments using your existing internet banking accounts (e.g., Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Bank Islam, Hong Leong Online, Maybank2e, Public Bank, and RHB Bank). The service is available daily from 1:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. 

To initiate the payment, please follow the steps below: 

  1. Log in to INFO365: https://info365.uniten.edu.my/info365
  2. Select Profile.
  3. Click Ledger Balance.
  4. Scroll down and click "Initiate i-Pay (FPX)".
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment. 

 

2. By Flywire (Primarily for Overseas Payments) 

Flywire is UNITEN’s trusted payment partner for international transactions. This platform streamlines the payment process, allowing you to make secure payments from any country and any bank, typically in your home currency.

To get started, please follow the step below: 

  1. Log in to INFO365: https://info365.uniten.edu.my/info365
  2. Select Profile.
  3. Click Ledger Balance.
  4. Scroll down and click "Initiate Flywire".
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment. 


Payments must be made in FULL within 2 weeks from the date of the invoice. Failure to do so will result in Financial Blocking. Upon this blocking, student will be barred from: 

  • Sitting for final examination,
  • Viewing examination result online,
  • Obtaining examination results slip,
  • Doing add & drop at the beginning of next semester,
  • Using certain facilities in UNITEN.
