You will arrive at either Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) or KLIA2. Once you land, you may turn on your mobile phone and connect to the airport’s free Wi-Fi.
Where to go next
Proceed to the International Arrival Hall. As student visa procedures are handled separately, please head to the Immigration Office located near the immigration counters.
If you are unsure or need assistance, look for the EMGS International Student Arrival Centre (ISAC) staff — they will be happy to guide you.
Malaysian Immigration Clearance
At the immigration counter, please present:
- Your Visa Approval Letter (eVAL)
- Single Entry Visa (SEV) / e-Visa (if applicable)
- Your programme Offer Letter
Don't Leave Without a Special Pass
Before leaving the immigration counter, kindly ensure that a Special Pass has been stamped in your passport.
If you are unsure, you may verify this with the airport pickup staff before exiting the airport.
Collect Your Luggage
Proceed to the Baggage Claim Area to collect your luggage. Information screens will indicate the correct carousel for your flight.
Onward Journey
After collecting your luggage, please proceed to your designated transport or airport pickup point as arranged.
UNITEN DOES NOT provide any airport pickup service and UNITEN representative does not need to be at the airport for clearance.
